Meet With Our Friendly Architectural Designer

This is to design a concept plan for your dream home to your specific site and requirements, consisting of a floor plan, elevations and a 3D perspective. A “concept plan acceptance letter” is required to move onto the next stage. Once the concept plan has been approved, a lot of input will be required from you. There will need to be decisions made on building materials, fittings and fixtures and appliances to move forward to the next stage, as it is time for our costing team to establish a price estimation for your home.

Your Estimated Price Is Presented To You

The estimated price is based on your concept plan and the primary schedule of allowances. It is our job to get it accurate. It is at this point where you will need to make a decision if you want to proceed onto the next stage.

A Fixed Price Contact Is Established

A full set of working drawings will be drawn up including site plan and specifications related to your design. Now it is time to meet with our Kitchen and bathroom designers and other consultants. Once the full working drawings are complete we will ask you to come in again, check through theses and give your approval prior to them being sent through to our costing team to enable them to get the most accurate figures possible for your fixed price contract.

5.

Contracts Are Prepared To Be Signed

Once you’ve accepted your fixed price contract and you have started to picture your dream home in your head we will ask you to sign your fixed price contract and a home’s first 10 year builders guarantee. On commencement of building, you will also receive contract insurance.
